Biography
Adel Darwish is educated at the University of Theater and Music in Gothenburg.
Since graduating, he has worked at Backa theater as a playwright and actor and has appeared in several major productions, including Hierarchy of Needs and We who had to live our lives.
On television, he has, among other things, appeared in the SVT series Missing people.
Adel Darwish was nominated for the Swedish Academy Award Guldbaggen for Best Actor in the film Ghabe, 2020 (directed by Markus Castro) and won the award for Best Actor in the Golden Door International Film Festival.
